How to Order
- For phone orders call 203.222.7070 Monday - Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm.
- For mail or fax orders click
here for an order form.
Once the order form opens in your screen, print it, and mail or fax the completed form
to the address or fax number on the form. The order form is in .pdf format. To download
the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click
here.
Members
Ordering Online
- Find what you want to order, then click on the corresponding
button.
- You'll be taken to a page listing the types of tickets that are available.
Select the number of tickets of a type you wish
to order, then click on the
button.
The "Your Shopping Cart" page will appear with your order so far.
- If you want change the ticket quantities, change the number in the box and click "Recalculate Order".
- If you want to order other tickets, purchase or renew a membership,
or make an additional donation, click "Continue
Shopping".
You'll be taken back to our website where you can
make your selection.
- When you are
done making additional ticket purchases and or
a donation and wish to place your order, click on the "View Cart" link on the top right
of any page.
- If you are finished ordering and want to check out, click on "Order Checkout". You'll be taken to a secure page where you'll enter your personal and credit card information and submit your order.
- When you have submitted your order, you'll be sent an email acknowledgement immediately. When we have processed your order (usually within 1 or 2 business days), we'll mail your tickets to you or send you an email confirmation.
Notes
- At any time you can click on the "View Cart" link on the top right of any page to view your order or check out.
- You can remove items from your order by clicking on the "View Cart" link on the top right of any page , then clicking the "Delete" button next to the item you wish to remove. Then click "Continue Shopping" to get back to where you were.
- To cancel your order, just don't check out! Your computer will remember your order for several hours, so you can come back to it if you change your mind.
Problems?
- If you have not received your tickets or an email confirmation within five business days of placing your order, please call our office (203-222-7070).
- If you get to a page that says "Do not attempt to call the JustAddCommerce Network without using the plugin!" Right-click on your browser's back button, and then left-click on the top-most line that contains "Westport Arts Center." It shouldn't happen again.
Please keep in mind...
- We usually process ticket orders within 1 to 2 business days. Please understand that an order is not complete until the request is processed. If there is a problem processing your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.
- If the performance is more than seven days away, we will mail your tickets to you.
- If the performance is seven or fewer days away, we will send you an email confirmation and hold your tickets. You may pick them up at our office during our normal office hours (not gallery hours) or pick them up at the performance one half hour before showtime.
- Members receive a 10% discount on most tickets. This discount will be applied after we verify your current membership while processing your order; it will not be shown during online ticketing.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are possible. Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them, and are subject to availability.
